Gold River Management is a development and management company whose purpose is to:
  • select property
  • facilitate financing
  • design and build a retirement community and
  • manage that community for the long term
Gold River does not make return guarantees or solicit investors.
 

Capital

Modern retirement homes and communities are capital intensive. This special form of housing requires careful study and market positioning. The smallest economically viable project today would be around $15 million — typically $5 million equity and $10 million from a Schedule A Bank.
 

Opportunity

From time-to-time, Gold River comes across opportunities for larger investors. We do not create partnerships with others or deal in small investments. Our role is to develop profitable properties.
