John MacDonald 		John MacDonald has been a bank financier, developer and builder for over 30 years. John has very diverse residential and commercial development experience.

Since the mid 1990's, John has focussed on retirement home property development. He has successfully brought to market over $100 million in seniors related properties. These development have created over $30 million for their owners.

Maureen MacDonald 		Maureen is a Registered Nurse who is an expert in the conditions of aging and diseases associated with aging. Maureen also brings a wealth of experience in the areas of cognitive impairment, Alzheimers and even palliative care.

She has worked as a hospital discharge planner and as a consultant to organizations that require a working knowledge of elderly people. Maureen has over 25 years of experience in health care and is skilled in identifying the care needs of the elderly while providing support for family caregivers.
